SWS-Rocky Mountain Region
Formally known as Spectrum Construction, the Rocky Mountain Region was founded in 1997. The Rocky Mount Region (RMR) offers end-to-end wireless specialty contracting, primarily serving the Rocky Mountain region.

RMR has long standing relationships with carriers and OEMs across this region, has forged unique and exclusive contractor ratings in specialty locations such as a major international airport, and delivered custom DAS applications with the most aggressive timelines.

As a member of Spectrum Wireless Solutions, Rocky Mount Region’s diverse service portfolio provides clients with the highest levels of quality and on-time project deliverables. Provide full end-to-end turnkey project management services for wireless deployments, has the ability to take on large and aggressive projects to include all facets of site acquisition, zoning, A&E, environmental services, construction management, civil construction, tower construction (mods and NSB), MW path alignment and installation, sweep and PIM testing, and DC and AC electrical installation.

SWS-EF&I
Formally known as Telecom Network Specialists (TNS), the EF&I Division was founded in 1977. The EF&I Division is a full service technology implementation contractor working across the United States.

EF&I has grown up with the wireless industry and implemented thousands of sites from GSM & CDMA/EVDO systems to LTE and WiMAX technologies, and from RAN networks to all core elements, has the ability to support with design, implementation and testing of networks, and with years of end-to-end experience, provide high-level program management of total network rollouts from search ring to network implementation.

EF&I can provide project and program management for all Engineer, Furnish & Install (EFI) functions for GSM/UMTS/HSPA/LTE/WIMAX as well as Installation, Commission & Integration (ICI) of those same networks, support ICI efforts for core networks to include BSC/RNC/MSC/Media gateways as well as Microwave backhaul networks, provide services for E911, circuit provisioning, data translations, and perform site surveys for all of these scopes of work.
